Do I need to create an account to shop?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage returns and exchanges, build a wishlist, and check out faster next time. It takes less than a minute to register.

I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations are sent to your registered email and mobile number within a few minutes. Please check your spam/promotions folder. If you still haven't received it, write to us at help@themanjiri.com with your registered details and we'll confirm your order status.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, and before it has been shipped. To request a change, contact us at help@themanjiri.com or WhatsApp +91-7355476498 with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it can't be cancelled.

Is everything on the website in stock?

Yes, our website reflects live inventory. Occasionally a popular piece sells out while it's in your bag — if that happens before checkout, you'll be notified. For sold-out styles, tap Notify Me on the product page to be alerted when it's back.

Will my favourite styles be restocked?

We restock our bestsellers whenever possible, but many pieces are produced in limited quantities. Add the item to your wishlist or use Notify Me so you don't miss a restock.

How do I find my correct size?

Every product page has a detailed Size Chart with measurements in inches. Measure your bust, waist, and hips with a measuring tape and match them to the chart. What sizes do you offer?

Our collection is available in sizes S to XXL. Size availability is shown on each product page. We're committed to a size-inclusive range across both our ethnic and office wear.

I'm between two sizes — which should I pick?

For a comfortable, relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. For a more fitted silhouette, choose your exact measurement. The fit note on each product page will guide you, and our stylists can advise for specific styles.

The colour looks slightly different on my screen. Is that normal?

Yes. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and resolution. The product description notes the true colour wherever there's a chance of variation.

How do I care for my garments?

Care instructions are on the label and on each product page. As a general guide: turn the garment inside out, use a mild detergent, wash dark and bright colours separately, avoid harsh wringing, and dry in shade. Delicate fabrics and embellished pieces are best dry-cleaned. Following the care label keeps your pieces looking new for longer.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

Enter your code in the "Apply Coupon" box on the checkout page and tap Apply. The discount will reflect in your order total before payment. Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is emailed to you once your order is confirmed/shipped and is also included in your package. For a business/GSTIN invoice, simply add your GSTIN at checkout.

Do you offer EMI?

We don't offer EMI at the moment. You can pay easily and securely via UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, or wallet — and prepaid orders enjoy an extra discount.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India and to select international destinations. For international orders, shipping availability and charges depend on your delivery pin code and location, and are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that working days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link with the courier name and AWB (tracking) number to your email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime under My Orders in your account, or on our Track Order page.

Who delivers my order?

We ship through trusted courier partners such as [Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket-network couriers]. Please share a complete address with pin code and a reachable mobile number to ensure smooth delivery. If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, please don't accept it and inform us immediately.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Occasionally deliveries are delayed due to weather, festivals, or regional disruptions. Please check your tracking link for the latest status. If it hasn't updated in 48 hours, write to us at help@themanjiri.com with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Go to My Orders in your account and select Return/Exchange, or contact us at help@themanjiri.com / WhatsApp +91-7355476498 within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the pickup or self-ship process.

Is return pickup free?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup on serviceable pin codes. The applicable return shipping charge is deducted from your refund amount. If your pin code isn't serviceable for pickup, you can self-ship the item to us — please reach out and our team will guide you.

Which items can't be returned?

Items returned without their original tags and packaging cannot be accepted. Please keep these intact until you're sure you'd like to keep your order.

I received a wrong, damaged, or defective item. What now?

We're sorry! Please write to us at help@themanjiri.com with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund on priority — no return shipping cost to you.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and quality-checked, your refund is initiated right away. The time it takes to reflect depends on your original payment method:
