Thank you for shopping with The Manjiri. Every outfit is packed with love at our studio and dispatched through trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC, ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.


 Order Processing


- All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
- An order confirmation will be shared via email/WhatsApp upon successful purchase.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of order placement.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale periods, festive seasons, or new collection launches, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.


 Shipping Within India


- We offer free shipping on all of our products
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional handling fee of ₹79 per order, payable along with the order amount.
- Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take an additional 2–3 working days.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped.


 International Shipping


- We happily ship worldwide to selected locations.
- International shipping availability and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, delivery pincode, and order weight.
- International orders are typically delivered within 10–18 working days after dispatch.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.


 Taxes & Payments


- All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways.
- For a business/GSTIN invoice, simply add your GSTIN at checkout.


 Order Modifications & Cancellations


- Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, and before it has been dispatched.
- To request a change, contact us at help@themanjiri.com or WhatsApp +91-7355476498 with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Please review your cart, size selection, and shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.


 Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries


- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control; however, we will assist you in tracking your package.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery and additional re-shipping charges.
- Packages returned due to failed delivery will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

- Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric batches.
