Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — The Manjiri

At The Manjiri, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make returns and exchanges simple and fair. Please read the terms below to understand how the process works.
Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after this 7-day window cannot be accommodated.
- Working days are counted Monday to Saturday and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items returned without their original tags and packaging cannot be accepted.
- We recommend keeping the item and its packaging in their original condition until you're sure you'd like to keep your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Go to My Orders in your account and select Return/Exchange, or contact us at help@themanjiri.com / WhatsApp +91-7355476498 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or self-ship process.
- We offer reverse pickup on serviceable pin codes. The applicable return shipping charge is deducted from your refund amount.
- If your pin code isn't serviceable for pickup, you can self-ship the item to us — please reach out and our team will guide you.
Exchanges
- During the return request, choose Exchange and select your preferred size.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit, as you prefer.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please write to us at help@themanjiri.com with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery.
- We'll arrange a free replacement or refund on priority — with no return shipping cost to you.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and quality-checked, your refund is initiated right away.
- Please note that shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount on returns.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, the refund is made to your bank account/UPI (details collected during the return) or, if you prefer, as store credit.
The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your original payment method:

Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, and before it has been dispatched.
- To request a cancellation, contact us at help@themanjiri.com or WhatsApp +91-7355476498 with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
