Welcome to The Manjiri. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.themanjiri.com (the "Website") and your purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
The Manjiri reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Eligibility
- By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, and to keep this information up to date.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
- The Manjiri offers women's ethnic and office wear for sale on the Website. All products are subject to availability.
- We make every effort to display product colours, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric batches, and these are not considered defects.
- All prices for orders within India are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. For international orders, applicable currency, charges, taxes, and duties are described in Section 5 and at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to change prices, products, or offers at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- An order confirmation will be sent to you via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your purchase is successful. This confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
- We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incomplete/incorrect information.
- Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order and before it has been dispatched, as detailed in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
4. Payments
- We accept payments through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional handling fee of ₹49 per order, payable along with the order amount.
- Prepaid orders may be eligible for promotional discounts as displayed at checkout.
- We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking details. All payment information is processed directly by our payment partners.
- You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines, charges, and terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
- For orders within India, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,999, with a flat shipping fee of ₹79 on orders below that value.
- International shipping: We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping availability and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, delivery pincode, and order weight.
- For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are to be borne entirely by the customer. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
- The Manjiri is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- In summary, eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
7. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or functioning of the Website
- Resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content or products from the Website without our written permission
- Transmit spam, malicious code, or any unsolicited communication
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website — including logos, trademarks, designs, product images, text, graphics, and layouts — is the property of The Manjiri and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
